Dr. János Csapó: Functional health preserving foods in nutrition

On Wednesday the 6th April 2016 from 4 p.m.professor Dr. János Csapó will be the next presenter at Silver Academy.

Prof. Dr. János Csapó, doctor of the Hungarian Academy of Science,certified chemist and certified animal husbandry engineer, has been working in tertiary education for 41 years. In his research work, he specializes on the components of food staples; within this area, protein content, amino acid components,and recently D-amino acid components and the biological value of proteins are the subjects of his research. At present Prof. Dr. János Csapó is a professor of General and Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry at Sapientia University and  Sfantu Gheorghe.
