A special classroom has been designed for translating and interpreting at Sapientia University in Miercurea Ciuc
The classroom is designed to be used not only by the students taking part in the Master’s programme of Translation and Interpretation, but also by bachelor students of various specializations, for instance, Romanian and English Language and Literature or Comparative Literature and English Language and Literature. The vital issues of birth at the bank of Love Stream
Dr. Lajos Balázs’s name may sound familiar to the readers of Erdélyi Riport, since he appeared as an author and interviewee in our journal. The documentary entitled Szerelempatak (Love Stream) is based on particular chapters of the book entitled When One is Not Even in This World – Peasant Sexual Culture and Morals in Sândominic by the researcher of Szekler peasant culture. With new species of bacteria for wastewater treatment efficiency
Researchers and students of the Sapientia Hungarian University of Transylvania have isolated more than 200 species of bacteria within a scientific project started in 2013. Twenty species of these bacteria are a novelty to the scientific world and some of them, collected from natural and wastewater containers, are believed to have cleaning properties that come in handy in wastewater and water purification.
